Details: A three-phase project, with the first phase made up of four service center buildings that have 263,443 rentable square feet.
This industrial/flex space will accommodate data centers and office, research and development and technology users.
The second phase will be a two- and three-story office project totaling 290,000 square feet. Phase 3 will be 400,000 to 500,000 square feet of Class A office space.
