Office condos taking shape in NW Austin
A local developer has broken ground on a 28,000-square-foot office condo project in Northwest Austin.
Dwyer Realty Cos. has partnered with Jauregui Architecture Interiors and Construction on RiverPlace Village Office Condos, just east of the intersection of FM 2222 and FM 620. Completion is slated sometime this fall.
Two of the five condos have sold in pre-construction. Each condo is 5,600 square feet and is configured into two units, giving owners the option to rent out half of the space.
RiverPlace is the second project the two groups have worked on together. The first was Villita West in West Lake.
"We thought this area, with the growth of Austin westward and Lakeway eastward, was the perfect solution," says developer Pete Dwyer. Dwyer expects strong sales to continue based on market demand in the area.
